姚 华 (Kate Yiu) is a businesswoman, jewelry and art collector . After finishing her high school at Holy Family Canossian College . Kate attend 加利福尼亚大学圣迭戈分校 ( University of California , San Diego ) and later transferred to University of Southern California ( 南加州大学 ) to study Art History.

As the founder of China New Consultant , she brought filmmaker 迈克尔·P·纳什 (Micheal P. Nash) to China and connected him with investors Yang Shimu Mountains (羊 狮 慕) in May 2019.

Kate alongside with her business partner 许 玲 玲 , the president of 北京昆玉河游艇俱乐部有限公司 (Kunyuhe Yacht Club ) , launched a global online internet model celebrity platform with 腾讯(Tencent ) from (2020 -2022) .

Her documentary ” Annabelle” also known as Mask Off (1929) , was recently announced in a production collaboration at 北京电影学院 ( Beijing Film Academy) .
